Registration Requirements
All poster submitters are required to register for the Annual Meeting in a paid registration category. You must have a valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express account number to register online. Please note, on-site registration rates are higher. Poster board assignments will be available at the check-in desk in the Exhibit Hall.
Register online or print out a registration form after you receive notification that your poster was accepted. Registration must be paid by Tuesday, November, 4, 2008 to be included in the Poster Book. To participate in the Poster Session, registration must be paid by Friday, February 13, 2009 either online or on site.
Travel Assistance Grants
The Joshua E. Neimark Memorial Travel Assistance Endowment provides a limited number of grants to support travel for accepted poster presenters to the AAAS Annual Meeting. For the student competition, any graduate student submitting a poster may apply for the grant, however only those individuals whose posters are accepted will be considered. Learn more.
